3. User Eligibility
To use the Business Power Pack, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
- Use the product for personal or business purposes only—not for resale, redistribution, or unauthorized sharing.
4. Payment & Pricing
- Access to BPP requires full payment, which may be made as a one-time purchase or via a subscription model, depending on the package selected.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
- All prices are listed in USD and subject to change at any time.
- No refunds are provided once digital access has been granted, except as outlined in our refund policy.
5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
- All content, materials, and resources within BPP are the intellectual property of The Affluents Community and its partners.
- You may not:
❌ Sell, distribute, or share BPP materials outside of your personal/business use.
❌ Modify, reproduce, or repurpose BPP resources for public or commercial use without written consent.
❌ Claim ownership of any BPP content.
Violations of intellectual property rights may result in account termination and legal action.
6. Access & Availability
- BPP materials are available immediately upon purchase via digital download or online access.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection support access to digital resources.
- We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove content within the BPP as needed to maintain relevance and quality.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Due to the digital nature of BPP, all sales are final, and refunds are not available after access has been granted.
- If a refund exception is granted (in rare cases), it must be requested within 3 days of purchase and will be processed at our discretion.
- Subscription users may cancel future payments but will not receive a refund for past payments.

10. Community & Conduct Guidelines
As a BPP user and member of The Affluents Community, you must:
✅ Engage respectfully in discussions, forums, or networking spaces.
✅ Avoid offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior.
✅ Not spam, solicit, or promote unrelated services in community spaces.
Failure to comply with community guidelines may result in removal from The Affluents Community without a refund.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Affluents Community and its partners are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of BPP.
- We do not warrant that the materials will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly suited to every business.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for BPP.
12. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website updates.
Your continued use of BPP after any changes signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
